USER DATA DELETION

MyAd is a web-based software platform owned and operated by BRC9 LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

BRC9 LLC is the legal entity responsible for operating MyAd and managing eligible data deletion requests related to the platform.

MyAd provides a process through which users may request deletion, anonymization, disabling, or dissociation of eligible account-related information associated with their use of the platform.

This may include eligible account information, business information, uploaded materials, customer images, Instagram connection data, generated content records, workflow-related information, and other eligible information reasonably controlled by MyAd within its operational environment.

This page explains how deletion requests may be submitted and how MyAd processes deletion-related requests.

For purposes of this page, “MyAd” refers to the web-based software platform, website, services, features, workflows, subscriptions, paid services, artificial intelligence systems, automation systems, integrations, and related functionality provided through MyAd.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of eligible MyAd-related information by contacting:

Requests should include sufficient information to identify the associated MyAd account, such as the registered email address or the Instagram account associated with the connection.

Users may also specify, where applicable, whether the request relates to account information, Instagram authorization data, uploaded materials, customer images, generated content records, billing-related records, or other platform-related information.

MyAd may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify identity, account ownership, authorization, billing status, or security before processing deletion requests.

2. Instagram Authorization Removal

Users may disconnect Instagram authorization through Instagram or Meta platform controls, through MyAd functionality when available, or by submitting a deletion request to MyAd.

When Instagram authorization is removed, MyAd will take reasonable steps to disable or delete eligible Instagram connection data associated with the account within MyAd’s operational environment.

Once authorization is removed, MyAd will no longer be able to publish approved content to the associated Instagram account unless Instagram is reauthorized through the authorization flow.

Deletion or revocation of Instagram authorization may also depend on Instagram or Meta platform processes outside MyAd’s control.

Content already published to Instagram through MyAd may continue to exist on Instagram or Meta systems after Instagram authorization is removed or after MyAd account-related information is deleted.

Users are responsible for managing, modifying, deleting, or removing content directly through Instagram or Meta where available.

3. Uploaded Materials and Customer Images

Users may request deletion of eligible uploaded materials, customer images, reference images, business materials, logos, product images, service images, location images, employee images, client images, customer images, or similar materials uploaded to MyAd.

After receiving a valid deletion request, MyAd will take reasonable steps to delete, disable, anonymize, dissociate, or minimize eligible uploaded materials and customer images associated with the requesting user, subject to technical, operational, legal, security, infrastructure, backup, provider, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance limitations.

Deletion of uploaded materials or customer images may affect MyAd’s ability to generate personalized content proposals, operate content workflows, maintain content history, support troubleshooting, or provide platform functionality.

Generated content, captions, image descriptions, classifications, metadata, operational logs, workflow records, or other records derived from uploaded materials may be deleted, anonymized, dissociated, minimized, or retained depending on technical feasibility, operational needs, legal obligations, security requirements, billing obligations, provider requirements, and platform integrity needs.

4. Processing and Retention

After receiving a valid deletion request, MyAd will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, disable, dissociate, or minimize eligible information associated with the requesting user within 30 days.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security protection, fraud prevention, infrastructure integrity, operational integrity, dispute resolution, audit obligations, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, tax obligations, accounting obligations, billing obligations, chargeback management, payment dispute handling, provider requirements, or platform protection.

Certain infrastructure, backup, security, audit, webhook, operational, provider-related, payment-related, billing-related, tax-related, accounting-related, fraud-prevention, or compliance-related records may also be retained where reasonably necessary.

Deletion requests apply only to information reasonably controlled by MyAd within its operational environment, subject to technical, infrastructure, legal, security, provider, payment processor, and third-party platform limitations.

Where reasonably possible, MyAd may anonymize, dissociate, aggregate, minimize, or disable information instead of fully deleting it.

5. Effect of Deletion

Deleting account-related information, uploaded materials, customer images, generated content records, workflow information, billing-related information, or Instagram authorization data may limit platform functionality, disable operational workflows, prevent future publishing functionality, terminate access to portions of MyAd, prevent restoration of historical activity, or affect subscription-related functionality.

If Instagram authorization is removed or deleted, MyAd will no longer be able to publish approved content to the associated Instagram account unless Instagram is reauthorized.

If uploaded materials or customer images are deleted, MyAd may no longer be able to use those materials to generate personalized content proposals or support related workflows.

If account information is deleted, users may lose access to their MyAd account, content history, proposals, generated materials, uploaded materials, subscription functionality, and other platform features.

Deletion of information within MyAd does not automatically delete content already published to Instagram or other third-party platforms.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment Records

Deletion requests may affect account access, subscription status, billing history, invoices, payment records, chargeback records, tax records, and paid platform functionality.

Certain billing, subscription, invoice, tax, accounting, payment, chargeback, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Payment-related information processed by third-party payment processors may also be subject to those providers’ own terms, privacy policies, retention rules, and legal obligations.

Deletion requests submitted to MyAd apply only to information reasonably controlled by MyAd and do not automatically delete information independently controlled or retained by third-party payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, Instagram, Meta, or other third-party providers.

7. Third-Party Providers and Platform Limitations

MyAd uses third-party providers to operate the platform, including hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, database providers, storage providers, automation providers, artificial intelligence providers, analytics providers, security providers, monitoring providers, email and communications providers, payment processors, Instagram, Meta, and other operational service providers.

Deletion or minimization of information may depend on the technical capabilities, retention practices, legal obligations, security requirements, and processing timelines of such providers.

MyAd will take reasonable steps regarding information reasonably controlled by MyAd within its operational environment, but MyAd cannot guarantee deletion of information independently controlled by third-party platforms or providers.
