PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: May 2026

MyAd is a web-based software platform that helps businesses generate social media content using artificial intelligence, and review, edit, select, reject, manage, and publish content through authorized Instagram integrations.

BRC9 LLC, a Florida limited liability company, owns and operates MyAd and is the data controller responsible for the collection, use, and processing of personal information through the MyAd platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how MyAd collects, uses, stores, processes, protects, retains, and deletes information when users access or use the platform.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “MyAd” refers to the web-based software platform, website, services, features, workflows, subscriptions, paid services, artificial intelligence systems, automation systems, integrations, and related functionality provided through MyAd.

By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using MyAd, users acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

MyAd collects information that users provide directly while using the platform and information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, support, secure, improve, and provide the platform.

• Registration and Business Information

Users register for MyAd using a valid email address, which is used to create, identify, manage, and access the user’s MyAd account.

During setup and platform use, users may provide business-related information used to personalize AI-generated content proposals and related platform functionality, such as business descriptions, specialties, target audience information, brand-related information, service-related information, content preferences, business profile information, account configuration, subscription information, or similar business-related details.

Users may also provide contact information, account information, support information, and other information reasonably necessary to operate the platform.

• Uploaded Materials and Customer Images

Users may upload materials, assets, reference content, images, photographs, logos, brand materials, product images, service images, packaging images, location images, interior images, exterior images, employee images, client images, customer images, or other business-related materials intended to support AI-generated content proposals and related platform functionality.

Uploaded materials may include images or materials containing identifiable persons, customers, employees, contractors, visitors, clients, products, brands, trademarks, locations, or other third-party rights.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights, permissions, consents, releases, and authorizations required to upload and use such materials through MyAd.

MyAd processes uploaded materials and customer images only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, support, secure, improve, and provide the platform and related content generation workflows.

• Instagram Authorization Information

During the setup process, users connect their Instagram account in order to allow MyAd to publish content explicitly approved by the user inside the platform.

This connection requires authorization through Instagram’s official authorization flow.

MyAd may receive limited Instagram account information and authorization data necessary to maintain the connection with the user’s Instagram account and operate approved publishing workflows.

This may include Instagram account identifiers, profile information, authorization tokens, connection status, publishing permissions, publishing status, and other information made available through Instagram or Meta APIs as necessary for the authorized workflow.

MyAd does not request, collect, or store the user’s Instagram password.

• Generated Content and Workflow Information

MyAd may collect and process information related to generated content proposals and platform workflows.

This may include AI-generated captions, images, visual proposals, text proposals, content variations, edits, selections, approvals, rejections, publishing status, target dates, content history, workflow activity, content preferences, and operational records related to content generation and publishing.

MyAd does not autonomously publish content without explicit user approval inside the platform.

• Billing, Subscription, and Payment Information

If users purchase, subscribe to, or use paid MyAd services, MyAd may collect and process billing, subscription, and payment-related information reasonably necessary to manage paid services.

This may include subscription plan, billing cycle, payment status, invoice information, tax-related information, payment confirmations, failed payment status, chargeback or dispute information, cancellation status, account status, and other information related to subscriptions, paid services, or billing operations.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors selected by MyAd from time to time.

MyAd does not need to store full payment card details where such information is processed directly by third-party payment processors.

Users may also be subject to the terms, privacy policies, and processing practices of applicable third-party payment processors.

• Communications and Support Information

MyAd may collect and process information provided through communications with users, including support requests, privacy requests, deletion requests, billing inquiries, account inquiries, technical support communications, security-related communications, feedback, and other messages sent to or received from MyAd.

MyAd may also process information necessary to send users account-related, operational, security, legal, billing, subscription, payment, platform, support, service-related, product-related, or promotional communications where permitted by law.

• Technical, Usage, Security, and Operational Information

MyAd may collect and process technical, usage, security, diagnostic, and operational information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, support, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.

This may include IP address, browser type, device information, operating system information, timestamps, log data, usage activity, workflow logs, error logs, security events, authentication events, provider logs, diagnostic data, system activity, and other information related to platform performance, security, troubleshooting, and operational integrity.

2. How We Use Information

MyAd uses collected information to operate, maintain, support, secure, improve, and provide the platform.

This includes creating and managing MyAd user accounts, personalizing AI-generated content proposals, processing uploaded materials and business-related information, analyzing and categorizing customer images, operating approved publishing workflows, maintaining authorized Instagram connections, publishing content explicitly approved by the user, managing subscriptions and paid services, processing billing-related information, supporting operational functionality, security, troubleshooting, and platform integrity, operating artificial intelligence and platform functionality, communicating with users regarding operational, security, account-related, billing, legal, subscription, support, or service-related matters, and complying with legal obligations, platform requirements, provider obligations, and applicable policies.

MyAd may process uploaded materials, customer images, business information, generated content, and workflow information through artificial intelligence systems, automation systems, cloud infrastructure providers, storage providers, hosting providers, database providers, payment providers, analytics providers, email providers, security providers, and other external operational providers reasonably necessary to operate the platform.

MyAd may use uploaded images and materials to generate descriptions, categorize images, personalize content proposals, create AI-generated content, improve workflow quality, and support platform functionality.

MyAd does not autonomously publish content without explicit user approval inside the platform.

MyAd does not sell users’ personal information.

MyAd does not use a customer’s name, logo, business identity, or identifiable uploaded materials for public marketing purposes without permission.

3. Instagram Authorization and Publishing

To connect Instagram, users authenticate directly with Instagram using Instagram’s official login interface and explicitly authorize MyAd to access the permissions required for the approved publishing workflow.

MyAd does not request, collect, or store the user’s Instagram password.

Once authorization is granted, MyAd receives the limited Instagram account information and authorization necessary to maintain the connection with the user’s Instagram account in order to publish content explicitly approved by the user.

MyAd uses Instagram authorization only for the approved publishing workflow and related account connection functionality.

Instagram authorization, publishing functionality, account access, API permissions, account status, and related workflows depend on Meta and Instagram systems outside MyAd’s control.

MyAd’s use of information received from Instagram APIs will adhere to Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and applicable Instagram platform requirements.

If content is published to Instagram through MyAd, that content may continue to exist on Instagram or Meta systems after deletion, disconnection, cancellation, or termination of a MyAd account.

Users are responsible for managing, modifying, deleting, or removing content directly through Instagram or Meta where available.

4. Artificial Intelligence and External Processing

MyAd uses artificial intelligence systems, automation systems, cloud infrastructure providers, and external operational providers to generate content proposals and operate platform functionality based on business-related information, uploaded materials, customer images, generated content history, workflow activity, and other information or materials provided by the user as part of the platform setup and content generation process.

Generated content may include textual, visual, stylistic, creative, synthetic, or AI-generated elements intended exclusively for user review before publication.

Uploaded materials and customer images may be processed, analyzed, described, categorized, transformed, adapted, used as reference inputs, or otherwise handled by artificial intelligence systems and operational providers as reasonably necessary to generate personalized content proposals and operate the platform.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, unsuitable wording, unintended visual or textual elements, hallucinations, similarities to third-party content, or content that may be unsuitable for particular audiences, industries, regulations, jurisdictions, or commercial contexts.

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence systems, generated outputs may not be unique, and similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users or third parties.

Generated content is not automatically approved. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing, editing, selecting, approving, rejecting, validating, and determining the suitability of content before publication.

MyAd does not monitor, moderate, validate, pre-screen, verify, endorse, or guarantee the legality, accuracy, appropriateness, originality, uniqueness, regulatory compliance, intellectual property clearance, commercial suitability, performance, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

MyAd does not provide legal, regulatory, medical, financial, marketing, advertising, tax, or professional advice.

5. Aggregated, Anonymized, and De-Identified Information

MyAd may use aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or non-identifiable information, data, metrics, outputs, or usage information to operate, analyze, improve, secure, troubleshoot, develop, and optimize the platform, workflows, prompts, systems, user experience, quality, performance, and service functionality.

Such information may be used for analytics, product improvement, operational improvement, business reporting, security, quality assurance, feature development, and general service optimization.

MyAd will not use aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or non-identifiable information in a way that identifies the user, the user’s business, the user’s customers, or identifiable uploaded materials.

6. Data Storage, Infrastructure, and Security

MyAd uses cloud-based infrastructure, hosting providers, database services, storage providers, automation systems, artificial intelligence providers, payment providers, analytics providers, email and communications providers, security providers, monitoring providers, and other external service providers reasonably necessary to operate the platform.

Information processed through MyAd may be stored, processed, transmitted, or otherwise handled through these providers as part of the normal operation of the platform.

Access to information is limited to authorized systems, providers, and operational processes reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, support, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and provide the platform.

MyAd implements technical and organizational security measures designed to help protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss.

However, no security system, infrastructure, hosting environment, provider, artificial intelligence system, payment system, or method of data transmission or storage can guarantee absolute protection against cyberattacks, unauthorized access, infrastructure failures, outages, provider failures, data loss, service interruptions, or other security incidents.

Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and connected services.

7. Third-Party Providers

MyAd may share or process information with third-party providers reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, support, secure, improve, and provide the platform.

These providers may include hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, database providers, storage providers, automation providers, artificial intelligence providers, analytics providers, security providers, monitoring providers, email and communications providers, payment processors, customer support providers, and other operational service providers.

MyAd shares information with such providers only as reasonably necessary for platform operation, service delivery, security, troubleshooting, payment processing, content generation, publishing workflows, account management, compliance, or related operational purposes.

Third-party platforms and providers, including Instagram, Meta, artificial intelligence providers, and payment processors, may process information under their own terms, privacy policies, platform requirements, or processing rules where applicable.

MyAd is not responsible for the independent practices of third-party platforms or providers outside MyAd’s reasonable control.

8. User Rights and Account Control

Users may disconnect Instagram authorization, request deletion of eligible account information, request deletion of eligible uploaded materials, request deletion of eligible customer images, or contact MyAd regarding account access, privacy-related questions, billing-related questions, or deletion requests.

Instagram connection is required for MyAd to publish approved content to Instagram.

Certain platform functionality may be limited, disabled, or unavailable if users disconnect Instagram, delete account information, delete uploaded materials, cancel paid services, fail to maintain subscription status, or request deletion of information necessary to operate the platform.

Requests may be submitted to:

support@myadonline.com

Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify account ownership, identity, authorization, billing status, or security before processing certain requests.

9. Data Retention

MyAd retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, maintain infrastructure and security, provide subscriptions and paid services, manage billing and payment records, support troubleshooting, prevent fraud or abuse, preserve operational records, maintain system integrity, resolve disputes, support tax, accounting, audit, billing, and legal obligations, comply with provider or platform requirements, and enforce applicable terms and policies.

This may include account information, business information, uploaded materials, customer images, generated proposals, content history, publishing records, Instagram connection records, workflow logs, security logs, billing records, subscription history, payment status records, chargeback or dispute records, support records, diagnostic information, and provider-related records.

Certain operational, infrastructure, security, audit, troubleshooting, webhook, fraud prevention, backup, provider-related, payment-related, billing-related, tax-related, accounting-related, and system-integrity records may be retained even after account deletion, cancellation, suspension, or termination where reasonably necessary.

Where reasonably possible, information may be anonymized, dissociated, aggregated, or minimized instead of fully deleted.

Content already published to Instagram or other third-party platforms may continue to exist on those platforms after deletion, cancellation, suspension, or termination of a MyAd account. Users are responsible for managing such content directly through the applicable third-party platform where available.

10. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of eligible account-related information, uploaded materials, customer images, and Instagram connection data by contacting:

support@myadonline.com

After receiving a valid deletion request, MyAd will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, disable, dissociate, or minimize eligible information associated with the requesting user within 30 days, subject to legal, operational, security, audit, infrastructure, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, provider, billing, payment, tax, accounting, compliance, and platform integrity obligations.

Certain infrastructure, security, audit, operational, backup, webhook, provider-related, payment-related, billing-related, tax-related, accounting-related, and compliance-related records may be retained where reasonably necessary.

Deletion or revocation of Instagram authorization may also depend on Instagram or Meta platform processes outside MyAd’s control.

Deletion requests apply only to information reasonably controlled by MyAd within its operational environment, subject to technical, infrastructure, legal, security, provider, payment processor, and third-party platform limitations.

Deletion of account-related information, uploaded materials, customer images, Instagram authorization data, or workflow information may limit platform functionality, disable operational workflows, prevent future publishing functionality, terminate access to portions of MyAd, or prevent restoration of historical activity.

Deletion of information within MyAd does not automatically delete content already published to Instagram or other third-party platforms.

Additional information may be requested to verify account ownership before processing deletion requests.

MyAd also provides a dedicated User Data Deletion page describing the deletion request process.

11. Children

MyAd is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, and must not use MyAd if they are not legally permitted to use online business services in their jurisdiction.

MyAd does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Electronic Communications

MyAd may send users account-related, operational, security, legal, billing, subscription, payment, platform, support, service-related, product-related, or promotional communications electronically.

Such communications may be sent by email, in-platform notices, website notices, account notices, or other electronic means reasonably associated with the platform.

MyAd may send communications from official email addresses associated with the myadonline.com domain, including info@myadonline.com, support@myadonline.com, or other official MyAd email addresses.

Users are responsible for maintaining a current and valid email address associated with their account and for reviewing communications sent by MyAd.

Users may opt out of promotional communications where applicable, but may continue to receive non-promotional communications necessary for account access, platform operation, security, billing, subscription, payment, legal, support, or service-related purposes.
